Welcome Back Mrs. Phillips

Thank you to Mrs. Louick for serving in the long-term substitute counselor position for Mrs. Phillips. We will miss her dearly and are grateful for everything she has done to support our students.

Please join me in welcoming Mrs. Phillips back. In no time at all, you and our students will get to know her and form the same strong connections. She is every bit as magical as Mrs. Louick.

A message from Mrs. Phillips...

I am so happy to be returning to Mary D.! I look forward to getting to know you and your kindergartener as we work together to support their growth and success. I can’t wait to reconnect with our school community and begin this exciting journey together.

We often set personal intentions or goals in the New Year, but it can also be a time to reflect on what is working well for your family and things you may want to do differently. This new year you can talk about goals or intentions for your family. Here are a few examples: Special places you want to visit:, ways in which you can be kind to one another; schedule time for special family dinners; engage in a family hobby- bike riding, hiking, cooking

We will also have a focus on kindness during the month of January. We will be celebrating the Great Kindness Challenge and learning about the importance of being a Bucket Filler!
