The students in the P Pod were absolutely thrilled to learn about fire safety from the Longwood Fire Company in October! Each class got a front-row seat to watch a firefighter put on all of their gear—helmet, jacket, boots, and even the air tank—which left the students wide-eyed with amazement.

They learned important fire safety tips for both school and home, asked thoughtful questions, and even had the chance to climb aboard a real fire truck to see where the firefighters work. The excitement, curiosity, and smiles were contagious—it was truly an experience the students will never forget! 🚒🔥💛
