Meet Your Resource Officer
Corporal Frank Toth is back for his second year as MDL Resource Officer. He has been an officer for 13 years—7 of those with the Kennett Square Police Department after serving in several multicultural urban communities. His experience has taught him how important it is to connect with people, listen, and build trust.
Corporal Toth's greatest passion in this role is mentoring and guiding students. He believes safety is more than just preventing harm; it’s about creating an environment where students feel supported, understood, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
